Der Workshop 'Speech Acts: Meanings, Uses, Syntactic and Prosodic Realizations’ bringt Wissenschaftler zusammen, die zu dem Thema der Form, Funktion und Modellierung von Sprechakten arbeiten. Präsentiert werden Forschungsarbeiten, welche die Verknüpfung und Einbettbarkeit von Sprechakten betreffen; Schwerpunktthemen bilden dabei die Einbettbarkeit von Imperativen, die Darstellung von Rede und Gedanken, die Behandlung verschiedener Perspektiven, Hauptsatz-Phänomene in eingebetteten Sätzen und die Natur der Assertion.
